Individual route: Coaching

At the individual route, too, the approach is one of heartfulness and mindfulness: Embracing one's own abilities and talents as well as embracing everything as it presents itself in one's life. 

At the individual coaching route, the approach of the facilitator is exactly the same as at the eight week MBSR program. Only the form is different. At the individual coaching route, sometimes more than eight sessions might be appropriate, sometimes less than eight.
